At the Dolce and Salato School in Maddaloni, the land of Mozzarella in Campania Region, the Master Franco Pepe and Mr. Domenico Ragosta are working on Pizza chef course and master classes.

Mr. Franco Pepe is owner if historical Pizzeria Pepe in Caiazzo village and Mr. Domenico Ragosta is owner of Molino San Felice, flour industry in Cimitile, a small village placed in the plan of Naples under the Vesuvius volcano, where our company arrange archaological cycling excursions.

Our company can arrange for our customers the participation to this courses with cycling tours around mozzarella districts and/or visits at the flour factory during our archaological tours.
