In our passion for bicycle we want to give tourists the opportunity to live a unique and personal experience, exclusive and irreproducible, to enjoy most beautiful territories, with favorite sport and preferred mode of transportation, making of this an opportunity for sustainable development and social responsibility of the company, in respect of our long tradition of family coming since 1928. In the heart of cyclism for an history of more than 80 years !

In compliance with our corporate social responsibility program Mr. Jerry de Concilio is committed to reducing enviromental impact of his business company through increased use of post-consumer recycled materials, natural gas fuel creating first company in Europe specialized in sustainable tourism services .
QUALITY AND SAFETY
Our company, in compliance with our policy, rent only bikes and accessories built in Europe under European Safety Standards (UNI EN). Bikes and accessories are subject to periodical maintenance and are rented in perfect conditions. The policy of our company is founded on quality of bikes and of related services, in compliance with our corporate social responsibility program. The company is covered by liability insurance program.
UNIVERSITY AND AWARDS
This philosophy has brought us great satisfactions over time and many award in masters post-graduate at Italian Universities as a business model company for sustainable development. The last experience was the Master's degree of Ms. Oriana Perrone (Pise University) at Fondaca Foundation in Rome with the title "Innovation company to exploit the territory, while respecting the traditions and sustainable development ". The program of master provides an illustration of our and other companies such as Adecco, Monte dei Paschi di Siena bank, Unicredit bank, Ferrovie dello Stato Italian railways company, Pernod Ricard Italy, and more....
ETHIC
In compliance with our ethic business development program our company support the business sustainability. Our company support activities of Karibu Onlus for Kenia and Famiglia di Maria Foundation in Naples - Italy - to create one laboratory of mechanical for bicycles. The word of this foundation in "in legality, in freedom". The structure work to accompany young people from disadvantaged social contest to the job marketplace. In this case thanks to our cooperation young people will be accompanied to the field of cycling.

ADVANTAGE SERVICES FOR PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS
Our company pays attention to the problems of customers who need support to organize cycling holidays for their family with special needs. Our company is famous to rent tandem bike and help to arrange best solution for a beautiful cycling experience in Italy for special needs people.

- How I can book bike rental, excursion or holiday ?
Customers can book bike rental, excursions or holiday services by email or by phone. Booking is closed after 20% deposit booking payment arranged by credit card/paypal. Advanced booking is required.
- How I can pay the balance payment ?
Customers can arrange 80% balance payment cash or by credit card/paypal.
- I can arrange prepayed payment ? I can have discount ?
- Cancel or change my booking ?
In case of cancellation the company don't refund 20% deposit booking payment.
In case of prepayed booking the company refund 80% of total amount payed by the customer, within 60days from date of refund cancellation request. Refund payment will be arranged by paypal. Customers are able to change their booking dates by email message without amendment fee application.

- Who can enjoy our services ?
- Company supply helmets and cycling shoes/pedals ?
Our company love safety. For this raison supply to the customers helmets and high visibility jackets. The use of helmet is not obbligatory by Italian road code. Customer may decide under his responsibility if use or not safety equipment supplied by the company. Our company supply normal pedals. Our company can arrange special installation for own customer's pedals (look, keo, shimano) and/or saddle.
Customer contact our customer service and receive in a few days the rental quote. After the rental quote the customer contact our company to close reservation and define last details like appointments, accommodation address and number phone for bike delivery/collecting. Bike rental reservation are considered closed after prepayed payment that our company arrange by credit card or Paypal.
Veloce mean "FAST"
Some customers are too fast to close reservation than other. For this raison can be possible that some bike models can go to the sold out between quote and reservation request. Moreover can be possible that "slow" customers don't can enjoy our services because they arrive late in the closure of the booking or are forced to choose different bike model than originally desired. Our suggestion is close bike reservation when you close your flight or hotel reservations and within few days from quotation. We supply bikes for rent after booking payment, like car rental companies.
